Web Programming

Web programming is the creation of websites and web applications, including frontend and backend. It appeared in the 1990s with the development of the internet. The first website was created by Tim Berners-Lee in 1991. Over time, languages and technologies appeared for building dynamic sites: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Today, web programming covers frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
